Ok... what are we doing on time? 11 p.m. or 11:00 or 11:00 p.m.?on em dashes: are we putting spaces before or after, or not?
I say no spaces.
I can't imagine any time where spaces around an em dash would be allowed...
We do that in newspaper... that's why I was asking!

Chicago style doesn't use spaces, AP style does. Personally, I'd go with Chicago.
